It is solely because of this that I think we need to be considerate about how other people feel about themselves as well. The dating market nowadays is competitive, let alone in the online setup. People putting themselves out there by using their not-so-recent photos can be their way of putting their best foot forward. However, this does not mean to say that I approve of people abusing this behavior. After all, honesty is what makes for a pleasant and productive online dating experience.
